Murano glass beads are handmade in Italy by skilled artisans who have perfected the art of glass making. The beads have a black base with a vibrant dichroic sparkling glass encased in the center with transparent pale amethyst coating the outside.

Please choose the earring style you prefer. The pictures show gold filled fishhook earrings. The gold plated clip-on earrings have a screw style back. All of my earrings are wire wrapped to keep the bead secure.

Gold filled vs gold plated - Gold filled beads have a higher percentage of gold and go through a different manufacturing process than the gold plated beads. Gold filled beads and findings are more expensive and do not tarnish as easily as the gold plated beads and findings.
