A circa 1942 Vacheron & Constantin deck chronometer watch in silver. From a limited series of 150 lever chronometers produced by Vacheron in the early 1940's. Powered by the Cal. 162 movement which boasts the following features, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic Anibal brass Guillaume balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.

The original silvered dial is centered by blued steel hands, and marked for up down in German. The dial is signed Vacheron & Constantin Geneve in black enamel print.

The silver case is signed by Vacheron and features Swiss hallmarks for sterling silver. The case is 60mm in diameter.
