This is an elegant military style wristwatch by Oxford that is really in lovely condition and keeping great time. We estimate it to be from the 1950s.
 
The Swiss movement is by Sindaco, Ltd. and has 15 jewels. It has not been adjusted.

This wristwatch features a lovely 10 karat rolled gold plate bezel with art deco engraving on the sides. It has a brilliant sheen and is in great condition. The dial is a beautiful gloss black with luminous Arabic numeral and luminous hour and minute hands that are sword-shaped. The sub second is located at 6 o'clock and features a gold stick hand. The lumes glow brightly! The dial is signed Oxford, 15 Jewels, and Swiss.
 
It comes on a black two-piece leather strap with a gold buckle. It measures 15.5 mm in width next to the lugs.

This vintage Oxford wristwatch is in beautiful condition and runs great! It will be a lovely addition to a more formal or business attire.

Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
